Restaurant L'AUBE, founded by top sommelier Hiroshi Ishida, is one of our favourite places in Tokyo. Louis Barruol organized a fantastic tasting of Saint Cosme wines for Enoteca team. The pairing with L'AUBE cuisine was absolute magic!
